Reminders Vol. 1

It is only an added tool for reflection if you choose, while you already do that. It's always better to go through and understand the series at a pace that works for you. Samwise Reminders Vol. 1

 'Samwise Reminders ' is the first in the series, touching upon the theme of 'Compassion' as you continue to grow and evolve.

Compassion is something we've been taught to extend to others but to even be able to extend that to others in a way that truly supports their growth,

we must learn to practice being more gentle and compassionate with ourselves first.

And so as you go through these series, below are two reflection prompts that you can journal about if you'd like to:

How much of this compassion do I extend to myself? and if not,

Then why not?

What are some ways that I can begin to offer that to myself? .
